Reunindu-le \u00eentr-o formulare inovatoare de supliment alimentar, este de a\u0219teptat s\u0103 ac\u021bioneze sinergic prin inducerea unei activit\u0103\u021bi biologice multivalente pentru prevenirea bolilor. BIOESFOOD \u00ee\u0219i propune s\u0103 dezvolte un bioprodus \u00eembog\u0103\u021bit cu acizi omega 3, omega 6 \u0219i uleiuri volatile extrase din plante crescute ecologic de compania Hofigal. Se vor aplica metodele de extrac\u021bie ecologice pentu prezervarea compu\u0219ilor biologic activi. Proiectul va \u00eencepe de la TRL 2 (conceptul tehnologic formulat) preexistent \u2014 pentru producerea \u0219i caracterizarea biocomponentelor care prezint\u0103 activitate antioxidant\u0103, anti-inflamatorie \u0219i capacitate de modulator epigenetic. Studiile de biocompatibilitate pe linii celulare hepatice \u0219i monocite se vor realiza pe tot parcursul proceselor tehnologice pentru ob\u021binerea de variante de bioformule optimizate, cu activitate biologic\u0103 crescut\u0103. Bioformulele selectate vor intra \u00een TRL 3, unde vor fi efectuate studii <em>in-vitro<\/em> pentru demonstrarea activit\u0103\u021bii biologice multivalente, inclusiv mecanismul molecular de ac\u021biune.
