QX200 Droplet Digital PCR System (Bio-Rad)<\/b><\/span><\/p>

The tool allows for the quantification of DNA (copy number) in the absence of a standard curve. The quantification of DNA which is based on the PCR assay with the fluorescent dye, with SYBRgreen or TaqMan.
