The development and implementation of a Competence Center for Cancer, titled: the Creation, Development and Operation of the National Center of Competence in the field of Cancer (NCCC) is focused on improving the management of patients with cancer through the development of integrated programs that are based on the recent advances in the field of personalized medicine, tele-health, molecular characterisation of the tumour systems, imaging, and artificial intelligence. CHARM is based on a consortium of public and private entities, according to the National action Plan for the Recovery and Resilience of Romania (PNRR), Pillar ii, section 5. The establishment and operation of Centers of Competence in PNRR-III-C9-2022 \u2013 5. The development of a CHARM it is based on the implementation of 5 projects, the CDI, the objectives of which are linked to partners in the private and the public areas are interdisciplinary, such as the main goal of this consortium is to be achieved.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

        The specific objectives of the overall project are:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

        1. The creation of a national network of centers (National Cancer Research Network) are involved in the management of oncology patients, with the economic activity of the routine (practice) and research, development and innovation.<\/span><\/li>
        2. Building up the institutional capacity to improve the collection of data about cancer in a network of digital Records from the Regional Cancer, and to better manage the medical care of cancer and the health of the public.<\/span><\/li>
        3. Developing a digital platform for collaboration in support of the CHARM in order to accelerate the digital transformation of the systems of innovation research, and health care.<\/span><\/li>
        4. Dezvoltarea \u0219i implementarea modulului „Virtual and distributed Tumor Board<\/span><\/li>
        5. The development of the service "of the Tumor's Molecular" Board (TMB) as a support for personalized medicine, through the analysis, and the inclusion of genetic and omic in the selection of the most appropriate targeted therapies.<\/span><\/li>
        6. Evaluation of the factors, genomic, and molecular and join the social determinants of health for the accurate estimation of the individual risk of the disease.<\/span><\/li>
        7. The development of an integrated approach, based on the pathology of the digital age, and the profiles of the biomarkers in order to improve the accuracy of early diagnosis and prediction of metastasis in patients with breast cancer.<\/span><\/li>
        8. The development of biomarkers of pain, based on neuroimaging for the personalized therapy of pain in patients with cancer \u2013<\/span><\/li>
        9. The improvement of the quality of care for cancer through a comprehensive assessment of the experience of healthcare for patients with breast cancer \u2013<\/span><\/li>
        10. To evaluate the role of the positive experience in the field of health care to improve the quality of life of patients with cancer<\/span><\/li>
