Purposedevelopment of experimental models of tumor in 3D in vitro (sferoizi s multicelulari), based on the cells of the edited genes to the genes of an impact on the reprogramming of the metabolic rate (IDH1, CD36), as an innovative approach to screening for resistance to chemotherapy.
The objective of the scientific state:
Objective 1
The generation of experimental models of tumor in 3D in vitro / multicelular sferoids of the cell lines and the standardized (tumor cells, and the cell medium), in order to improve the quality and personalization of the therapy, anti-tumor.
Objective 2
The editing of the dna of the tumor cells of breast cancer (CD36), and glioblastoma (IDH1), through the technology of CRISPR/Cas9 in order to obtain the sferoizi editing gene targeting is the cause of the disease / factors that are affecting the health of; verify and confirm the editing.
Objective 3
The evaluation function of the cells of the edited gene and sferoizilor produced by these cells versus the control (wild type), through its methodology, proteomics, and bioimagistice
Objective 4
