The development of nanostructures, bio-active, integrated systems, and medical diagnostics
General objective: The development of technologies for the production, analysis, testing, and optimization of systems, nanostructured materials with properties suitable for use in the systems in the therapeutic range and, respectively, the anti-infectives.
Specific objectives:
- The synthesis of nanoparticles of Fe3A4, MnFe2A4 and M1-xOxFe2A4 with the size, shape and magnetization-controlled gold nanoparticles, and nanoclusters of metal or of metal/oxide, gold nanoparticles to the functionalized oxide of vanadium-doped with Mn and Fe, with the superparamagnetism-controlled Iop2 with suitable properties for application in photodynamic therapy, nitrous oxide grafenă biocompatible functionalized polymer conjugates with anticancer agents, ZnO, and MgO, pure and doped with transition metal ions (Mn, cu, Fe, and Co), funcționalizati with the compounds of azole for application in treatment of anti-infectives;
- The synthesis of hydrogels with properties, photo-oxidation, or the magnetic dispersion of the structure of the polymer was hidrogelului of the nanoparticles in the TiO2 or magnetite, with stunning features;
- The determination of the behavior of the biological conditions for in vitro systems, the results achieved, the following aspects of the action of the cytotoxic/cytostatic, the induction of oxidative stress, the internalization into the cells.
- The continuous update of the platform erris.gov. en through the presentation of the research institutions of the public and private sectors, which carries out its activity in the field of the project;
- The development of joint r & d related to the plan of development for the partners involved in the consortium.
Project component 2
Systems to our custom-made of advanced biomaterials with a variety of avenues for action
General objective: the development of the fleet of the materials for a new generation of breast implants with the potential for transfer to other companies.
Specific objectives:
- The realization of the alloys of the Fe-Pd shape memory and suprafuncționalizare antivirus blocks the thrombogenic/thrombolytic therapy allocating application in the medicine of the cardiovascular;
- The generation of a fleet of biomaterials, ceramics based on hydroxyapatite substituted cation of the body scaffold ceramic custom made (produced by additive manufacturing as a model bone defect's real), and/or biofuncționalizări of the dental implant;
- Testing the response of the biofuncțional (release ions with therapeutic potential, cytotoxicity and osteogenesis, angiogenesis, reduction of reactive oxygen species, antimicrobial) by realizatea of the in vitro assays of the biological complex.
- The continuous update of the platform erris.gov. en through the presentation of the research institutions of the public and private sectors, which carries out its activity in the field of the project;
- The development of joint r & d related to the plan of development for the partners involved in the consortium.
Project componenT 3
The new platform (bio)sensory-based nanostructured materials functionalized for applications in the field of health
General objectivedevelopment of (bio)sensors for the selective and sensitive to: (i) to monitor the bioavailability of the compounds of the drug, and (ii) the detection of reactive oxygen species, but also to (ii) the monitoring of their effects on cells and cellular components (e.g proteins, DNA).
Specific objectives:
- The fabrication and characterization, and electrochemical, optical, and structural electrodes, single-use carbon-based grafenă metals and nanostructured materials;
- The functionalization of electrodes with the (bio)materials, and the characterization of the optical and structural;
- To investigate the characteristics of the biosensors (reproducibility, stability, interference, etc.).
- Research services offered to partners of the PCCDI;
- The continuous update of the platform erris.gov. en through the presentation of their products and services, research institutions, public and private law, which carries out its activity in the field of the project;
- The development of joint r & d related to the plan of development for the partners involved in the consortium.
