(TTC-VBI)
The Technology Transfer Centre of INCD "Victor Babeș" Bucharest (TTC-VBI) is an organizational structure without legal personality, shown as a distinct entity in the institute's organizational chart since 2025. TTC-VBI operates in the field of Health and Life Sciences research, with the role of facilitating interaction between research providers and the economic environment, as well as with local and central public administrations, in order to steer scientific results toward the innovation needs of the economy. At the same time, the Centre aims to strengthen ties with national, European, and international research and innovation networks, contributing to the integration of research, development, and innovation (RDI) results into broader value-creation circuits.
Main Objective
TTC-VBI aims to promote smart specialization domains, medical biotechnologies and health, to connect producers and users of research results, and, not least, to promote the technology transfer of research results both within the country and abroad.

• Quantitative determinations using the ELISA immunoenzymatic method
